基于信息搜索的危机管理决策系统(CDSSS),包括数据库、模型库和知识库。数据库系统支持对原始数据信息的存储、查询、统计等,以达到资源共享和再利用。模型库系统负责把危机的发生过程、处理过程和处理结果,按系统要求构造出处理模型,对决策者提供支持。知识库系统能够扩大决策者思维领域、提供高起点分析平台。

The Crisis Decision Searching Support System （CDSSS） includes the database, model base and knowledge base. In order to resource sharing and recycle, the database system supports storing, inquiring, statistics for raw data. Model base system constructs the processing model of the crisis, the treatment process and the results according to system requirements, so CDSSS can provide effective support for the decision-maker. The knowledge base is able to expand the decision-maker thought field, and provides high starting point analyzing platform.
