摘要
开放式数控系统采用“IPC+NC控制卡+PLC可编程控制器”体系结构,其PLC与NC通过CAN总线接口通讯。并把eCAN模块中的32个邮箱按功能划分成接收和发送邮箱,把CAN通讯分成邮箱配置、接收、发送3个模块实现其功能。通过CAN通讯可达到PLC与NC在系统级的高速、准确通讯。
The open NC system adopts structures of ＂IPC＋NC control card ＋PLC programming controller＂. Its PLC and NC carry out communications through CAN bus. The 32 postboxes of eCAN module are divided into receiving and sending postbox according to function. The CAN communication is divided into the postbox configuration module, receiving module and sending module so its function is realized. PLC and NC can attain high-speed, accurate communication in the system level through CAN communication.
