摘要
对186例稀土作业工人的血清IgG、IgA、IgM和补体C3进行测定,并与120例非烯土作业者进行了对比观察,还测定了作业环境粉尘浓度、总放射性和r照射量率。稀土作业工人的IgG、IgM和C3均有明显变化(P<0.01或P<0.05),提示稀土作业环境对工人的体液免疫有一定影响。但依据总放射量中位数,作业环境为开放性放射性场所最低类(第三类),个体的r照射率远低于标准,故可认为单一放射性因素对稀土作业工人免疫功能似无明显影响。
erum IgG, IgM and complement3(C3 )of 186 rare workers were determined to examinetheir humoral immunity function,compared with those of 120 workers from the controlgroup. Dust concentration in rare earth environment,total quantity of radioactivity and r exposure ratio were also determined.It is shown that serum IgG , IgM and C3 of the rareearth workers are notably different from those of the workers from the control group.It issrggested that rare earth working conditions have an effect on the humoral immunity functionof rare earth workers,that, however, rare earth conditions belong to the third class of theopen radioactive site(the lowest class)according to the median of the total radioactivity quan-tity,and that r exposure ratio of each rare earth morker is lower than the standard.It canbe believed that single radioactive factor has no remarkable effect on the humoral immunityfunction of the rare earth workers。
