氯乙烯作业工人心电图分析

Analysis of Electrocardiogram of the Workers Engaging in the Work with Chloroethylene

对包头市第四化工厂氯乙烯车间乙烯、聚合工段的作业工人１５８名和对照组１６６名（未接触氯乙烯的行政人员及仪表工）进行了心电图检查。接触组心电图改变率为４９．３７％，对照组心电图改变率为２７．１１％，二者具有统计学意义Ｐ＜０．０１。心电图改变中窦性心动过缓、Ｉ°房室传导阻滞接触组都明显高于对照组Ｐ＜０．０１和ｐ＜０．０５。不同年龄和工龄组氯乙烯作业工人的心电图改变有随年龄和工龄的增长而增高的趋势（ｐ＜０．０１）。

n electrocardiogram (ECG)examination was made on 158 workers engaging in thework with chloroethylene and 166 members of the administrative staff in the control groupfrom the Polymerization Section of the Chlororthylene Workshop of the Fourth ChemicalPlant in Baotou.It was fornd that the ECG conversion rate of the workers engaged in thework with chloroethylene is 49.37%and that of those from the control group is 27.11%,andthat there is a remarkable difference between the two groups with significance in statistics(P<0.01).It was also found that,as for ECG conversion,the rate of sinus bradycardia and firstheart block of the workers is notably higher than that of those from the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),and that the ECG conversion rate of the workers fron different age groups anddifferent service length groups showed the tendency to increase with the progress in age andservice lenth.
