摘要
为了揭示同一采出率条件下不同采宽及留宽对地表沉陷影响的关系,采用求解非线性大变形问题有限差分法(FLAC),对相同采深、相同采出率下不同采宽及留宽的条带开采方案进行了模拟.结果表明,地表移动和变形的各项参数值都随采宽的增加而增大.研究结论及结果,对类似的矿山有一定的指导意义,为工程实践提供一定的理论依据.
Hard rock roadways with small cross-sections account for a great percentage in coal mines of China, but the used rate of drilling and blasting is always very low. In order to improve the blasting rate and reduce the cost of the project, based on the rock blasting mechanism, some main factors such as the area of the workings, the physical mechanic property of rocks, the hole cutting mode, the loaded constitution, and the equipment level of coal mines were studied. According to the mechanical parameters of rocks around the roadway and the equipment level of these coal mines, the blasting parameters were optimized and used in practice, obtaining a good effect. The research results show that optimizing the blasting parameters is of practical significance for insuring the feasibility of the project, increasing the use rate of blast holes, reducing the cost of the project, and improving the technological level of the coal mine.
