摘要
在高瓦斯矿井中,回风风流中瓦斯含量超限和上隅角瓦斯积聚是限制工作面生产能力的主要因素.为了求出在这两个因素影响下的工作面及矿井最优化产量,以《煤矿安全规程》有关回风流中瓦斯含量和上隅角瓦斯积聚的规定作为限制条件,列出了在现有通风条件下,对“U”型回采工作面,有无瓦斯尾巷时,回采工作面各自最大允许产量的计算公式,再利用运筹学理论中的线性规划单纯形表法求出工作面及矿井的最大允许产量,进行高瓦斯矿最大允许通风能力的核定,从而保证工作面的安全生产,实现以风定产.
In coal mines wit high content of gas, the gas concentration exceeding limit in the return air flow and the gas accumulation in upper corner are the main factors of restricting the production capacity of working face. In order to calculate the optimal output of working face or the coal mine as a whole under the influence of the two factors, the authors have deduced, based on the standard of gas concentration in return air flow and gas accumulation in upper corner stipulated by "Mine Safety Rules and Regulations", mathematics formula for calculating the maximum allowable output of each working face under the existing ventilation conditions, whether the gas tail roadway exists or not. Then, the linear programming simplex tableau method is used to calculate the maximum allowable output so as to check the maximum allowable ventilation capacity, ensuring the safety production, realizing that the output is determined by ventilation capacity.
