摘要
介绍了经过技术改进的两台新液压摆式剪板机的工作实效,通过将剪刃倾角减到1.5°,两个主液压缸布置在工作台正上方一侧等改进措施,克服了标准液压摆式剪板机存在的剪切质量不理想等问题。
The work actual effect of two improved hydraulic pendulum plate shears has been described in this paper. By means of improvement measures, which are： decrease the cutting edge inclination to 1.5°and install two main hydraulic cylinders on the positive side of the worktable, the problem of the standard hydraulic pendulum plate shears such as the cutting quality which is not good enough.
