摘要
对三维强化抛光振动台的初始结构模型进行试验模态分析,获得了各阶模态参数,分析其结构动力特性,并与有限元模态分析结果进行对比,验证了有限元模型的正确性。进而为实现结构的优化设计提供依据。
The experimental model analysis is carried out for the initial configuration of three dimension strengthening polishing vibrating table, the modal parameters of each order have been obtained. Analyze the structure dynamic performance, and compare with the analysis result of the finite element modal analysis, the correctness of the finite element modal is verified. The reference is offered to accomplish the optimization design for the configuration.
