摘要
介绍了钢帘线的技术特性。对来自宝钢、撒斯特、日本神户、新日铁、康力斯5个厂家的帘线钢进行了性能分析,结果表明均符合钢帘线的生产要求。特别指出,TiN夹杂对钢的基体起了较大的切割作用,不利于钢丝的进一步拉拔。
The technical characteristic of the cord yarn steel has been described in this paper. The performance analysis has been carried out for the cord yarn steel from Bao Steel, Saarstahl, Japan Kobe, Nippon Steel Corporation and Corus Steel company etc. The results show that all of these cord yarn steel meet the production requirement. This paper particularly indicate that TiN inclusion has larger cutting action on the steel matrix, which is not favorable for the further drawing of the steel wire.
