芯轴外支撑锁紧装置轴承损坏原因分析及改造

Analysis on the Reason for the Damage of Bearing in the External Support Locking Device of the Mandrel and Its Modification

就涟钢横切机组开卷机芯轴外支撑设备锁紧装置滑架左端的滚动轴承多次被损坏进行分析,并采取将滑架左端的滚动改为滑动等措施进行了设备改造,效果良好。

In our cut-to-length line, the rolling bearing on the left side of external support locking device sledge in the uncoiler mandrel has been suffered damaged many times, which has been analyzed in this paper. The rolling movement at the left side of the sledge has been changed to the sliding movement, by means of such measure, the equipment modification has obtained good effect.
