对我国高等院校资源环境与城乡规划管理专业培养模式的思考

Some Ideas on the Education Patterns of Major of Urban and Rural Planning & Resources Management

近几年的办学实践表明,资源环境与城乡规划管理专业的专业定位及就业定位都与社会经济对人才的需要存在一定偏差,该专业的培养模式也越来越受到多方面的挑战.在专业面广而综合的专业背景下,综合性大学、理工院校、师范院校、财经院校、农林院校等不同类型院校对该专业的定位、培养模式的选择、课程设置等方面都没有体现出专业特色,导致学生就业与专业设置目标存在较大偏差,学生在就业市场上与多个专业竞争.笔者认为,各类院校应该根据自身特色与条件,实施分类培养模式,进一步明确培养目标与专业定位,提高专业竞争能力.

The Ministry of Education of P. R.C. set up the major of Urban and Rural Planning and Resources Management in 1999, aimed at training the persons fitting in with the needs of resources management, environmental management, and urban planning. But the education practice shows that profession orientation is unclear, and the training pattern is challenged by the needs of society, and also, there aren＇t any characteristics in that major in different kinds of universities. This paper takes the idea that the major orientation（ including the profession, character and the characteristics, etc. ） should be made more clear and definite in different kinds of universities, and the specified program of instruction is more needed in order to enhance the competitive ability of the students of that major.
