论寿险公司成长的阶段性战略

摘要 寿险公司的成长一般要经历创业生存期、品牌经营期和创新发展期三个阶段,在每一阶段制订正确的经营策略,是寿险公司稳步发展的关键因素。在创业生存期,应建立行业视野、明确首要任务、构建体系化管理平台、强化队伍塑造、管理好基本经营单位、创造良好的外部环境、树立公司品牌;在品牌经营期,要做好经营格局的规划、打造公司的独特文化、突出主业、抓好人才升级、管理范式的变革等工作;在创新发展期,要着重提升哲学思维能力、组织学习能力、组织变革能力、创造机会能力、需求挖掘能力、创新文化能力等。 A Life insurance companies generally goes through such three stages as pioneering and survival, brand management and innovation and development during their growth path where correct management strategy formulated in each stage is the key to the stable development of life insurance companies. In pioneering and survival period, we shall, from insurance industrial point of view, clarify the key task, construct a systematic management platform, strengthen sales force build-up and basic units management to create a good external environment and corporate profile. During the brand management period, we shall have a good overall layout for management, creating unique corporate culture and focusing on core business and at the same time, promoting talents upgrading program and management reform. In innovation and development period, we shall uplift our abilities of philosophical thinking, study, reform, opportunity creation, demand exploitation and cultural innovation.
