保险产品价值具有相对性,它的相对性是相对于可替代性金融产品的价值、保险产品的获得成本、保险消费者的价值偏好而言的。保险公司应以创新为主导思想,拓展新的保险服务领域;坚持以客户需求为导向;不断改善保险服务;优化保险销售渠道;改进业务经营模式;注重保险品牌价值;增强社会公众的保险意识;推进保险条款通俗化。
The value of insurance products is relative to the value of replacement by other financial products, insurance product's acquisition cost, and the value preference of insurance buyers. Insurance companies should innovatively expand into new business areas and improve insurance services on the customer needs-focused basis. They should also optimize distribution channels, enhance their operational models, pay due attention to the value of their brands, enhance public insurance awareness, and promote the easy wording of insurance contracts.
