近年来我国已成立了9家保险资产管理公司,其发展不仅是行业内部加强的产物,也是国际经验借鉴和比较的结果。我国保险资产管理公司在发展中还需要进一步明确经营模式和市场定位,逐步突破发展瓶颈,从制度建设、内部管理和市场创新等多方面实现市场上应有的功能和影响力。

There are nine insurance asset management companies in our country today. Their developments are not only the outcome of the strengthening of the insurance industry, but also the results of learning from international experiences. But it is still to be decided of the market positioning and operational model of them. They should gradually break through their development bottleneck, and exert their due impact and display their functions in the market through improvement of systembuilding, internal management and innovation and so on.
