摘要资金是创业成功的保障资源之一,创业融资一直是创业研究的主要内容之一。在界定创业融资概念的基础上,探讨创业企业的特殊性,进而从时间动态性、生存需求和创业者主导三个角度对创业企业融资行为进行分析,提出创业企业融资的基本对策。
