越南的公共图书馆始于法国殖民统治时期．图书馆员培训始于上个世纪30年代．图书馆教育从短期培训班到今天的大学图书馆系走过了一条漫长的道路。
The establishment of Vietnam＇s public libraries began from the Period of a French colony while the librarian education commenced in the 1930＇ s. Vietnam＇ s library education has walked a long way from the short- time training to the library science in college today.
