475例类风湿关节炎患者中医临床证候分析

Chinese Medical Pattern Analysis of 475 Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients

目的分析类风湿关节炎(RA)患者中医临床证候分布特点。方法对475例RA患者的中医证候分布情况与年龄、病程、主要实验室指标、X线分期进行回顾性分析。结果各证型在病程、病情活动情况方面差异有显著性意义;在年龄、主要实验室指标、放射学改变方面亦存在差异,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。475例患者中,湿热痹阻型最多,占41.7%;其次为湿热痹阻合并瘀血阻络型,占10.9%。结论湿热痹阻型病程短,病情重,且多见于疾病活动期,并易与瘀血相合致病,故临床RA活动期多见湿热痹阻合并瘀血阻络证。

Objective To study Chinese medical pattern characteristic of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. Methods Retrospective ana lytical method was used to investigate pattern distribution,age,course,main laboratory index and X-ray stage of 475 RA patients. Results There were great differences in course and pathogenetic condition among different patterns. There was no statistical significance in age ,main laboratory index and X-ray although differences existed. Most of the patterns was damp-heat impeding which accounted for 41.7% ,then damp-heat impeding with static blood obstructing the network vessels which accounted for 10. 9%. Conclusion When it comes to damp-heat impeding pattern ,course is short and condition is serious. Pattern of damp-heat impeding with static blood obstructing the network vessels is common in active stage of RA,as damp-heat impeding is easily accompanied with static blood.
