摘要
目的探讨肺痹汤防治肺纤维化作用及其机理。方法SD大鼠随机分为假手术组,模型对照组,肺痹汤高、中、低剂量组,西药对照组,每组10只。用博莱霉素复制大鼠肺纤维化模型后,肺痹汤高、中、低剂量组每天灌服肺痹汤,西药对照组灌服醋酸强的松,28天后处死大鼠,比较各组大鼠肺组织中p38分裂原激活蛋白激酶(p38 MAPK)以及转化生长因子(TGF-β1)的表达。结果模型对照组大鼠肺组织中p38MAPK及TGF-β1表达均明显高于假手术组及各给药组(P<0.05),肺痹汤能明显减少大鼠肺组织中p38MAPK以及TGF-β1表达,与模型对照组比较差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论肺痹汤能明显减少博莱霉素所致的大鼠肺组织中p38MAPK及TGF-β1表达,这可能是其防治肺纤维化的作用机理。
Objective To study the effect and mechanism of Feibi Decoction on pulmonary fibrosis. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group,model control group,Feibi Decoction large-close group,Feibi Decoction mid-dose group,Feibi Decoction samll-dose group and western medicine control group,each of 10 rats. Bleomycetin was used to copy rat's pulmonary fibrosis model. Feibi decoction was drenched to rats in large,medium and small dose of Chinese medicine groups. Prednisone was given to werstern medicine control group. The rats were executed 28 days later. The expression of p38 MAPK and transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) was tested. Results In comparison with sham operation,Chinese medicine and western medicine groups,the expression of p38 MAPK and TGF-β1 in model control group increased significantly(P〈0. 05). The expression of p38 MAPK and TGF-β1 in Chinese medicine group decreased significantly as compared with model control groups(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Feibi Decoction can decrease the expression of p38 MAPK and TGF-β1 of pulmonary tissue in pulmonary fibrosis rats caused by Bleomycetin obviously,which might be the mechanism of Feibi Decoction for prevention and treatment.
