摘要
目前国内外油田上常用的高分子调剖剂多属单一交联体系。该文介绍了一种聚合物与SP及XT的双交联体系调剖剂,阐述了它的配方、室内研究、施工工艺及现场应用情况。在该调剖剂的室内研究过程中,首次运用了国内较先进的三管长岩心试验装置,进行了模拟试验,实现了不同渗透率地层的选择性封堵。该调剖剂适用于封堵中、高渗透率的砂岩油藏。与其它高分子调剖剂相比,具有交联可靠、抗剪切能力强、成胶后强度大、成胶时间可控等优点,适用于40℃~110℃的油层。经现场验证,工艺简单、合理,对非均质油层的吸水剖面改善明显,是一种廉价的新型有机类调剖剂。
Macromolecular profile control agents now used in China and abroad mostly belong to single crosslinking system.This paper presents a kind of bi-crosslinking profile control agent,composed of polymer.SP and XT,and its formula,laboratory research,implementation technology and field application.During the laboratory research,three tube long core testing equipment,which is fairly advanced in China was first used.Modeling test was run and selective plugging in formations of different permeability was carried out.This kind of profile controlagent is suitable to plugging sandstone reservoir with medium and high permeability.Compared with other macromolecular profile control agent,this agent has the advantages of reliable crosslinking,high shear-resistance ability,high gel strength and controllable gelling time.It can be used in oil reservoir with temperature ranging from 40℃~110℃.The implementation technology is proved to be simple and reasonable by field application. This agent is a new type of cheap organic profile control agent and can improve the water injection profile of heterogeneous oil reservoir obviously.
