聚丙二醇改善铝酸钠溶液种分行为的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了非离子表面活性剂-聚丙二醇对铝酸钠溶液种分过程的影响。结果表明,添加剂聚丙二醇能强化铝酸钠溶液晶种分解过程,并可以明显提高+45μm粒子的体积分数;同时,添加剂聚丙二醇的用量、实验温度、晶种大小、晶种系数以及溶液的苛性比等因素对聚丙二醇改善种分的效果也产生显著影响:低添加剂用量、高温、细晶种、中等晶种系数和低苛性比更有利于种分效果的改善。X射线衍射(XRD)显示,聚丙二醇的加入并不引起产品晶型的改变。 The effect of non - ionic surfactant- polypropylene glycol(PPG) on the seed precipitation of sodium aluminate solution has been investigated. Experiments show that polypropylene glycol can improve the seed precipitation of sodium aluminate solution and obviously increase the volume percent- age of + 45pm particles of AI(OH)3 products. The dosage of polypropylene glycol, experimental temperature, the size of seeds, the mass ratio of seeds (Ks) and molecular ratio(ak) can obviously affect the seed precipitation of sodium aluminate solution. Low dosage of additive, high temperature, fine seeds, median mass ratio of seeds and low molecular ratio are more propitious to the improvement of the seed precipitation. X - ray diffraction(XRD) shows that the structure of Al(OH)3 products remains the same with or without polypropylene glycol.
