建立完善的社会福利制度是现代国家和政府以及政治派别都必须面对的重要的社会和政治课题;为什么要建立社会福利制度,社会福利制度的价值是什么,如何建立社会福利制度,对这样的根本性问题,不同的政治思想家提出了不同的主张;本文通过对罗尔斯关于社会福利思想政治价值进行分析,为当代中国社会保障制度的建设提供有益的思考和借鉴。
It is an important social and political difficulty for modem nations, governments and political groups to set up a perfect social weffare institution. Different political thinkers suggest different views on why to build up social weffare institution, what the value of the social weffare is, and how to build up social welfare institution. This article provides beneficial thinking and help for building contemporary Chinese social welfare institution based on the analysis of political value of John Rawls＇ social welfare thoughts.
