摘要
目的研究ESWL对患肾的远期影响。方法取ESWL及开放手术后5年以上各10例行再次手术的肾结石患者肾组织行光、电镜检查。随机调查,二组间分层各提取100例行患肾尿生化检查。结果10例ESWL再次手术后患肾组织有不同程度病理改变,而开放手术者不明显。结论ESWL能引起患肾远期不可逆病理改变,对患肾功能有影响。
Objective ： To research the long dated influence on kideny by ESWL.
Methods ： Selected ten patients that accepted ESWL and open operation more than 5 years respectively.Nephridial tissue of each patient were tested by microscope or electronic-microscope.Random searching,selected 100 cases that urine in kideny were test organism and chemistry. Results There were different degree pathological change in kidenys of 10 patients accepted ESWL again,while there were no conspicuous change in kidenys of 10 patients accepted open operation.
Conclusion ：There were inconvertible pathological change in kidenys accepted ESWL,and ESWL may induce inconvertible pathological change in kideny and influence on renal function.
