试论承包──股份制

A Discussion On The Contracting-Share System

本文提出了承包─—股份制。这种模式既弥补了承包经营责任制的缺陷，又在一定程度上克服了当前实行股份制的困难；是我国企业深化改革的必由之路和有效途径。

The contracting-share system is put forward in this paper. This model can get rid of the faults of the contract-managing system of job responsibility and also overcome the present difficulties of share system. This is the only and efficient way of the deepening re form of our state-enterprises.
