摘要
首次发现武汉地区粽管巢蛛胚胎细胞中存在B染色体,观察数目为1~28条,B染色体数目从有丝分裂晚前期到中期逐渐减少,在非整倍体细胞中,随着A染色体的减少逐渐增多。B染色体形态稳定;大多数为等臂染色体,少数具亚端着丝点和端着丝点;外观上明显小于A染色体。
In this paper .embryonic cells of Clubiona japonicola containing B chromosomes was reported for the first time in Wuhan. The number of B chromosomes is from 1 to 28 and decreases gradually from mitosis prophase to metaphase. But in aneupioid, the number increases gradually with A chromosomes decreasing. The forms of B chromosomes are very stable. Most of B chromosomes are isochromosomes, while few of them are subtelocentri chromosomes or telochromosomes. B chromosomes are obviously smaller than A chromosomes in outward appearance.
