On establishing a harmonious society with a sound system of law

自古以来人类都在追求一种理想的社会状态——和谐有序的社会。现代和谐社会的标志就是通过法律制度来整合、组织、协调各种社会关系,从而实现社会的和谐有序。

Since ancient times human beings have been in the pursuit of an ideal state of society -- the harmonious and orderly society. A modem harmonious society is defined as one ruled by law , and can be established through the designing ,improvement and implementation of its legal system on which the integration, organization, coordination of social relations depend. A harmonious society is characterized by the paramount authority of the legal system, and the respect and obedience of the citizens to its laws.
