胃癌患者血清白介素6肿瘤坏死因子α水平的检测

Detection of serum IL-6、 TNF-α in patients with gastric cancer

目的探讨胃癌患者血清IL-6、TNF-α的水平变化及临床意义。方法采用ELISA法测定35例胃癌病人血清TNF-α、IL-6水平,并与正常对照组比较。结果胃癌病人IL-6、TNF-α水平明显升高(P<0.01),并与肿瘤分期有关,肿瘤切除后血清IL-6、TNF-α水平明显降低(P<0.01)。结论胃癌病人存在细胞免疫功能紊乱,IL-6、TNF-α水平增高可能与其发生、发展有关,对胃癌病情判断及疗效观察有一定的意义。

Objective To investigate the Changes of tumor necrosis Interieukin-6, factor-α level in serum of patients with gastric cancer and its clinical meaning. Methods The level of serum tumor necrosis Interleukin-6, factor-α in 35 cases of gastric cancer were. detected by ELISA, and the data were compared with control group. Results Serum tumor necrosis Interieukin-6, factor-α levels in gastric cancer patients were significantly higher than control group and related to staging of the disease. Conclusion It suggested that immune dysfunction exist in patients with gastric cancer higher level of tumor necrosis Interleukin-6, factor-α would associate with genesis and development of the cancer, and it can be a new indicator of gastric cancer.
