摘要 为了利用蛋白质凝胶电泳检测桑种子纯度,对采用SDS-PAGE电泳及定量分析的PO4、EX3、ddH2O以及20%和30%2-氯乙醇等4种桑种子蛋白质提取液进行了筛选。结果表明,EX3为适合SDS-PAGE电泳的桑种子蛋白质提取液,其最佳提取用量、点样量分别为60、30μL。 In order to test the purity of mulberry seeds by means of gel electrophoresis of protein and quantitative analysis, four types of extracting solution of mulberry seeds by PO4, EX3, ddH2O and ethanol chlorine (20% ,30% ), respectively were screened. The results showed that EX3 was the suitable solution for extracting of mulberry seed protein. Its suitable amount for extracting and sampling was 60μL and 30 μL, respectively.
