摘要
以充分利用桑椹果皮和桑枝为目的,用V(80%乙醇)∶V(丙酮)=1∶1的溶剂,提取桑品种大10的桑椹果皮、桑枝韧皮部和木质部的白藜芦醇(resveratrol),用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定其含量。结果显示,新鲜桑椹果皮中白藜芦醇的质量比为0.128 mg/g,干燥桑枝韧皮部中白藜芦醇的质量比为0.144 mg/g。在桑枝木质部没有检测到白藜芦醇。
For the purpose of fully utilization of mulberry pericarp and mulberry branch, mulberry pericarp, branch phloem and xylem of mulberry variety Da 10 were used for extraction of resveratrol with the solvent of 1 : 1 (V/V) 80% ethanol and acetone, The resveratrol was detected with HPLC. The experiment result showed that the resveratrol content in fresh mulberry pericarp was 0. 012 8% and in dried mulberry branch phloem was 0.014 4%, But there was no reseratrol detected in mulberry branch xylem.
