摘要
颈血管病变是引起缺血性脑血管疾病的重要原因之一。清楚地显示颈部血管对临床的诊断及治疗极其重要。三维对比剂增强MR血管造影（three dimensional contrast enhanced MR angiography，3DCE—MRA）是近年来开展的MR血管成像新技术，因其具有无创、快捷、安全、图像清晰等特点而被广泛应用。
