摘要
运行速度的连续与均衡性理论以及界限均衡速度的概念,使设计阶段的道路安全评价或识别成为可能,解决了已有的评价或识别方法依赖于交通事故历史数据的弊病。论证了车速的有效控制是安全行车的充分性条件,并从理论上分析了运行速度的连续及均衡性与道路安全的内在联系;给出了均衡性的量度;指出了同时满足连续性与均衡性的几何设计才是有利于安全的;最后,通过仿真的方法获得了某一路段的运行速度,应用速度连续及均衡性理论对这条尚处于设计阶段的道路实施了安全评价。
Continuity and equilibrium theory of running velocity and the concept to define equilibrium velocity makes it possible to identify the dangers and assess the safety of road in design phase; this technique solves the shortage of current assessing methods that depend on traffic accident data. In this paper, the view that effective control of vehicle speed is prerequisite for safety driving was demonstrated, and the correlation between the continuity and equilibrium of running velocity and road safety was theoretically analyzed. Measurement of equilibrium was worked out. It was pointed out that only such geometry design simultaneously satisfying the request of both continuity and equilibrium was advantageous to traffic safety. Finally, running velocity for one road in design phase was obtained by simulation, and safety assessment was conducted based on the continuity and equilibrium theory of velocity.
