广安市城市土地集约利用评价研究

Study on the Urban Land Intensive Use of Guang an City

文章从广安市城市土地利用的现状分析入手,总结了广安市城市土地利用的基本特征及存在的问题。从理论上论述了城市土地集约利用的基本内涵、基本特征和集约利用水平评价指标的选取。在此基础上通过不同的评价指标体系,对广安市城市土地集约利用状况进行了评价,并提出若干有益于土地集约利用的对策和建议。

This paper summarizes the basic characteristics and problems of the land use of Guang An city from the analysis on its current use, and then, discusses the basic contents, basic features and choices of evaluation indicators of urban land use. Based on this, the author makes an evaluation of the land use of Guang An city through different evaluation indicators systems, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the improvement of land intensive use.
