Cultivating College Student's Cross-Cultural Communication Competence under the Circumstances of Cultural Diversity

随着我国对外开放的深入,高校校园日益成为多元文化交汇的重要场所,这些变化对大学生跨文化沟通能力的培养提出了新的挑战。在分析影响跨文化沟通能力的各种因素基础上,针对我国目前大学生跨文化沟通能力的现状及问题,提出了培养和提高大学生跨文化沟通能力的对策建议。

The campus has been the main place where the variety of cultures encounter, along with the openness of the country. The change has been the challenge to the college student＇s the cmss-cultural communication competence. On the basis of analyzing the affecting factors, aiming at the actuality and pmblems on cross-cultural communication competence of college students, the countermeasures are put forward to improve the cross-cultural communication competence.
