沃尔什信号发生器在正弦三相逆变电源中的应用

摘要 文章简要介绍了PWM的控制原理、IGBT逆变焊接电源的组成和控制方法,同时从沃尔什函数级数出发,说明了正弦函数变换为沃尔什级数的过程并计算出正弦函数的八阶沃尔什级数,给出其输出波形图。根据沃尔什级数,利用数字电路技术设计出沃尔什信号发生器,给出了沃尔什信号发生器的系统框图以及系统的输出波形图。同时介绍了通过单片机和沃尔什信号数发生器控制的正弦中频逆变焊接电源工作原理。 This thesis introduced briefly the principle of PWM, the constitute and method of IGBT welding inverter controlled by PWM, and it also illustrated the process of sine function transformation to Walsh function and a 8-rank Walh series is deduced which waveforms is showed. The Walh signal generator is designed by applying the theories of digit circuit according to Walh series. The diagram of the system and its waveforms of output are both showed. In the same time, the principle of the middle-frequency welding inverter is provided which controlled by a MCU and a Walh signal.
