摘要
分析了镁合金微弧氧化过程中电压、电流突变产生的原因,提出了在微弧氧化前进行预处理的解决方案,并介绍了预处理电源主电路和微弧氧化主电路的设计。通过试验表明了预处理方案的可行性和效果,以及微弧氧化两套电源设计的合理性和可靠性。
The reason that voltage and current suddenly changed in the processes of magnesium alloy micro-arc oxidation are analyzed, the resolution of carrying preprocesses before the micro-arc oxidizing is proposed, and the design of preprocessing power main circuit and micro-arc oxidation main circuit is introduced. Experiments indicated the feasibility and effectiveness of the resolution of preprocesses, as well as the rationality and reliability of the design of two sets of micro-arc oxidation power.
