摘要
单相PFC已进入实用阶段,在中小功率单相有源功率因数补偿控制芯片中,UC3854最具代表性。详细分析了功率因数校正原理和常用的因数校正芯片UC3854内部结构电路,利用其设计出了一种稳定的600W单相整流PFC开关电源,具有高功率因数、高效率、低谐波、低噪声的优点。并介绍分析了设计电路以及实验测试结果。

So, first the theory and criterion of PFC are analyzed and the features, principle and circuit of UC3854 are described. An practical example of 600W power supply,which is high PF,high efficiency and little harmonic, is designed. Its principle, practice circuit, the expeximental result are describes.
