食管癌间质嗜酸性白细胞与恶性度关系初探

The Relationship Between Eosinphil in the Stroma and the Malignant Degree in Esophagus Carcinoma

取１１３例食管癌根治标本，１０％福尔马林固定，ＨＥ及Ｗｒｉｇｈｔ（ｐＨ＞７）染色，对食管癌间质中的嗜酸性白细胞进行计数，观察与分析癌组织的分化程度，淋巴结转移及浸润深度的关系。结果表明：ＥＯＳ的多少与肿瘤的浸润深度及淋巴结转移关系密切，与肿瘤的分化程度的关系无统计学意义。本文对上述结果进行了讨论，提出食管癌间质中ＥＯＳ计数有可能作为其预后的一项指标。

In order to study the relationship between the number of eosinphil(EOS) and malignant degree in esophagus carcinotha, the EOS in the stroma of 113 cases of human esophagus carcinoma were observed. The results showed that the number of EOS in the stroma of esophagus carcinoma is close related to the invasive degree of carcinoma and lymphnodes status. The number of EOS in the lymphnodes in the negative group is greater than that in the positive group(P<0. 01), It is considered that EOS counting might be a useful indicator in prognosis.
