摘要
目的:采用以临床问题为基础的教学方法对系统病理学的教学模式进行改革。方法:选择临床医学七年制2个班的学生作为教学对象。一个班采用传统教学法,另一个班采用新的教学法,对学生的考试成绩,查阅文献能力及综合分析判断能力等项指标进行评估。结果:两组学生考试成绩的差别没有显著性差异(P>0.05),但PBL教学法班的学生查阅文献能力及综合分析判断能力明显提高。结论:PBL教学法能够提高学生的学习兴趣,有助于培养学生的自学能力,分析问题和解决问题的能力以及团队合作精神,应该在我国医学教育中实施和推广。
Purpose:To investigate the clinical problem-based learning (PBL)approach in systemic pathology teaching reform in students of seven-year medical training program. Method:PBL and conventional teaching methods were taken respectively in two classes of 7-year program students. The examination score, problem-solving skills,the skill of review the text or references were evaluated. Results:The exam score was of no significant difference between two classes(P〉0.05). The ability of consulting reference and problem-solving skills significantly increased in students of PBL class. Conclusion:Clinical problem-based method played a comprehensive functional role in stimulating enthusiasm of learning,improving initiative,fostering the ability of self-learning, developing the spirit of cooperation. Our primary experiences demonstrate that student-centered PBL is worthwhile to be further carried out and extended in medical education of China.
