摘要
介绍麻醉专业本科“3+2”模式下临床教学的经验和体会。通过制定详细培养方案全局把握临床教学、强化“一带一”式临床带教、发挥学员主观能动性、运用多种手段提高学员综合能力水平等形式提高教学效果。
The article introduces the experience of Clinical teaching of anesthesiological undergraduate under ＂3＋2＂pattern.We have enhanced the teaching effect by making the detailed teaching plan for overall situation, strengthening clinical guidance and teaching of one by one,educing the students subjective initiative and utilizing kinds of methods to raise the students＇ comprehensive capacity.
