一种多功能环保性粉末腻子的研制

摘要 以乳胶粉、水泥为粘结料,粉煤灰、重质碳酸钙、石英砂等为填充料,配以适当的粉末状助剂,制得了一种粉末腻子;探讨了乳胶粉、纤维素醚、水泥、粉煤灰以及复合填料的用量对粉末腻子性能的影响,优化出较佳的粉末腻子配方;测试了粉末腻子的理化性能.研究结果及推广应用表明,所研制的粉末腻子是一种具有优良理化性能和施工性能的多功能环保性腻子. A kind of multifunctional and environmental friendly powder putty has been prepared based on coal ash powder and ground calcium Carbonate and so on as fillers and dry emulsion powder and cement as binder, mixed with proper powder additives and other auxiliaries. The influence of amount of dry emulsion powder, cement, coal ash powder, cellulose ether and composite filler on the performance of putty was discussed. The optimum ratio of materials was selected. The physical and chemical properties of the putty were tested, it showed that the formulated powder putty was a multifunctional and environmental friendly putty with excellent properties and application performance.
