太平洋革囊星虫消化道粘液细胞的类型和分布 被引量:4

摘要 首次利用阿新兰和过碘酸雪夫氏反应(AB-PAS)染色法对星虫动物消化道粘液细胞的类型和分布进行了研究.根据AB-PAS染色结果,太平洋革囊星虫(Phascolosoma pacificum Keferstein)消化道粘液细胞可分为Ⅰ—Ⅳ型,分别呈红色、蓝色、紫红色和蓝紫色;粘液细胞主要分布于消化道上皮,除降肠下段外,消化道各段均有粘液细胞分布,但不同部位粘液细胞的类型和密度不同.咽粘液细胞丰富,四种类型均有,以Ⅳ型为主;食道粘液细胞由前向后减少,以Ⅳ型为主;降肠上段粘液细胞丰富,以Ⅱ、Ⅳ型为主;升肠下段仅有少量的散在分布的Ⅰ型粘液细胞,上段粘液细胞增多,以Ⅱ型为主;直肠粘液细胞最为丰富,整个上皮均为Ⅱ型粘液细胞. The type and the distribution of mucous cells in the digestive of Sipunculan were observed and analyzed by using AB-PAS (alcine blue and periodic acid schiff's reaction) in this paper for the first time. The result showed the mucous cells in the digestive of Phascolosoma pacificum Keferstein mainly distributed in the epithelium and could be divided into 4 types: type Ⅰ, pure red; type Ⅱ, pure blue; type Ⅲ, purplish blue; type Ⅳ, bluish purple color.Except for the inferior segment of the descending intestine, the rest portions of the digestive were all covered with mucous cells, meanwhile the mucous cells had different types and densities in the different parts. There were a plenty of mucous cells, included the four types mentioned above, appeared in pharynx, most of which belonged to type Ⅳ. The mucous cells in the esophagus were mainly type Ⅳ, and it was also founded that the number of the mucous cells decreased from the anterior to the posterior gradually. There were also a plenty of mucous cells in the superior segment of the descending intestine, which mainly belonged to type Ⅱ and type Ⅳ; in the inferior segment of the ascending intestine, there merely existed type Ⅰ with a small amount; and in the superior segment of the ascending intestine, the quantity Of the mucous cell increased, most of which was type Ⅱ .The quantity of the mucous cells distributed in the rectum was the largest, and the whole epithelium of the rectum were covered with type Ⅱ.
