摘要
提出了一种半解析法用于计算表面磁钢永磁无刷电机的气隙磁场。它将解析法与有限差分法相结合,求得定子开槽时气隙磁密的切向和径向分量,其结果符合实际情况。计算结果与有限元数值分析比较,证明了该方法的有效性和正确性。该方法计算方便、速度快,适合用于优化设计。
A semi-analytical method which combined analytical method with finite differential method was inttroduced. On the effect of slotting, non-load air gap field distribution in radial and tangent directions was individually presented. The calculated results showed good agreement with the prediction from corresponding finite element analyses proving the proposed method was correct and effective. This method would be very helpful for machine optimal design in the form of expressions.
