摘要
作为一种新型的交-交直接变换器,矩阵变换器在交流传动领域获得了越来越广泛的应用。对矩阵变换器的空间矢量调制法以及半自然两步换流技术进行了分析及阐述,同时研制了一套矩阵变换器样机。样机控制系统以数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407A和复杂可编程逻辑控制器件EPM1270为核心,主电路采用绝缘门双极晶体管(IGBT)搭建。仿真和试验结果证明了理论的正确性。
As a novel direct AC-AC converter, the matrix converter had been widely used in AC driver applications. Detailed analysis and description on space vector modulation and two-step commutation were given, and a prototype matrix converter was built. The control system of the prototype was based on TMS320LF2407A and EPM1270, and the main circuit was constructed by IGBT. The simulation and experimental results verified the presented theory.
