摘要
针对连续生产线交直流电动机组的各个传动点速度难以互相协调、匹配等困难,提出了级联型机组线速度调节系统的技术方案。运用级联控制技术,通过工控、可编程逻辑控制器、交直流全数字调整装置及工艺状态信息反馈元器件等,有效地解决连续生产机组各传动点的线速度分配、动态级联和消除误差积累等问题。该方案经多次项目实践证明效果良好,完全能够满足整个机组的线速度级联、同步、动态补偿等自动化控制要求。
According to the difficulty of harmony & matching among every velocity of motor sets in serial product line, the velocity adjusting system of cascade sets was proposed. Some problems such as velocity distribution, dynamic cascade and error accumulative elimination can be solved efficiently by Industry Computer, PLC, all-digital speed-regulation set and craftwork information feedback apparatus. It proved that the scheme can meet the velocity cascade, synchronization and dynamic compensation with its high efficiency.
