摘要
从转变观念,维护教工合法权益、关注教工身心健康,群体工作管理模式、资金来源,完善评价体系、遏制“少数人体育”现象四个方面,阐述了当前教育工会群体工作存在的主要问题和观点.指出工会管理者与教工都应转变观念与角色;论述切实维护教工身心健康的合法权益的重要性和迫切性;阐明配备专业体育指导员,引进“外资”,利益共享的必要性及采取措施延缓或遏制“少数人体育”现象蔓延的可行性.为新时期教育工会群体工作出谋划策.
The article expounds several main qustions, viewpoints,thoughts existing in the current education labour union colony from the following four aspects:change concept, maintain inculcator legal rights and interests and attend their body and mind health, discuss management mode and capital source of the colony work, perfect evaluation system and limit "minority pepole" phenomena. Author points that union manager and inculcator should change concept and role, and discusses the importance and impendence of really maintaining inculcator legal rights and interests in body and mind health, clarifies the necessarity of equiping special physical education superviser, introducing "external capital", commonly enjoying advantage and feasibility of adopting measure to delay or limit " minority people" phenomena to pervade. Acorrdingly. The article gives counsels for education labour union colony in the new period.
