摘要
目的通过分析各临床科室的运营情况来比较管理水平之优劣,并及时采取相关对策。方法用功效系数法建立多指标评价体系,并在工作中不断摸索、不断完善。结果通过10年实践,医院成为全国首批达标的“全国百姓放心示范医院”。结论该法科学实用、简单易行,在医院管理中具有宏观和微观控制两大优势。
Objective Through analyzing each clinical administrative offices the operation situation to compare fit and unfit quality of the management .level, and takes the related countermeasure promptly. Methods The multi-objective appraisal system was established with the power coefficient, and was progressively modified in the work. Results Through ten-year practice, the hospital got the title of "The National Model Hospital". Conclusion The method is scientifically practical, and easy to use in hospital management.
