Objective Through analyzing each clinical administrative offices the operation situation to compare fit and unfit quality of the management .level, and takes the related countermeasure promptly. Methods The multi-objective appraisal system was established with the power coefficient, and was progressively modified in the work. Results Through ten-year practice, the hospital got the title of ＂The National Model Hospital＂. Conclusion The method is scientifically practical, and easy to use in hospital management.
