Social fairness and justice is the basic element of social harmony and system is the fundamental protection for social fairness and justice.The unfairness of the society is often connected with the injustice of the legal system.The improvement of legal system and insurance of legislative justice is the basic systematic protection for maintaining social fairness and justice and realizing socialist harmonious society.The improvement of socialist legal system involves scientific and democratic legislation on the man-oriented principle to realize the good law control representing just value and the people＇s will and conforming to social development.Meanwhile ,efforts should be made to improve the system of examination of constitution violation ,maintain the unity and dignity of socialist legal system,set up the authority of socialist legal system and lay a solid legislative foundation for social harmony.
