陕西蓝田黄土剖面中的微生物初步研究 被引量:1

A PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION ON THE MICROORGANISMS FROM THE LOESS SECTION IN LANTIAN, SHANXI PROVINCE

摘要 作者对陕西蓝田公王岭120万年以来的黄土剖面中微生物的种类、含量及其变化进行了初步研究。结果表明:早更新世晚期(Q ̄3_1)以后的黄土和古土壤中含有芽孢菌(Bacillus),少量青霉菌(Peniicillium),无有放线菌(Actinomycetes);剖面自上而下,微生物含量有递减规律,而且相邻的黄土和古土壤层中,微生物含量总是古土壤中多于黄土中;霉菌主要见于中、早更新世分界面(S8)附近及其以下层位。 A preliminary investigation has been performed on the classification and. content of microorganisms from the loess section at the Gongwang Ridge in Lantian, Shanxi Provence, and on their evolution since 1. 2Ma. It is shown that the loess and paleosol that have formed ever since the late stage of Early Pleistocene are characterized by abundant Bacillus, minor Penicillium and no Actinomycetes. The content of microorganisms decreases regularly up the section and is unexceptionally higher in the paleosol than that in the loess.Most of the bacteria are found in the horizons close to and below the boundary between the Early and Middle Pleistocene series.
