摘要
DNA分子标记是继形态标记、细胞学标记、生化标记之后发展起来的一种新的更为理想的遗传标记,其在中药研究中发挥了重要作用。DNA分子标记包括以分子杂交(southern杂交)为基础的DNA分子标记技术、以PCR为基础的DNA分子标记技术和以DNA序列为基础的分子标记技术。本文对DNA分子标记的分类、原理及其在中药研究中的应用进行了综述。
DNA molecular makers are the newly advanced genetic markers following the morphological, cytological and biochemical markersl. DNA, molecular makers play a very important role in traditional Chinese drug research. In this paper we summarized their basic principles, classification, characteristic and applications in traditional Chinese drug research.
