基因脉冲导入仪在电化学疗法中的应用

摘要 本文介绍了电化学疗法的原理和天津理工大学自行研制的基因脉冲导入仪LN-301的系统组成。在此基础上,利用基因脉冲导入仪LN-301及配套的针电极在小鼠身上进行了电化学疗法实验。通过电化学疗法对接种有S180的小鼠进行对比实验。实验结果表明:应用抗癌药物环磷酰胺(CTX)和博莱霉素(BLM)的ECT组的抑瘤率分别为60.9%和70.4%,与传统的治疗方法相比抑瘤率显著提高。 In this paper we have introduced the principle of the Electrochemotherapy, and mainly introduced the constitutions of Gene Pulser Transfection Apparatus LN-301 which is made by Tianiin University of Technology. We have experimented on mice inoculated S180 with gene pulser transfection apparatus LN-301 and needle electrodes. The results of experiment indicate that inhibitory rates of ECT with anti-tumor drugs CTX and BLM are 60.9% and 70.4%, respectively, and are enhanced significantly in contrast to other methods in the experiment.
