摘要
我国现行的现代企业制度模式不符合我国基本国情,不具有可行性。应将资本主权型现代企业制度改变为劳动主权型现代企业制度,吸收西方和我国的分享制改革经验,重建中国特色社会主义现代企业制度。
The current modem enterprise system does not accord with Chinese actual conditions and therefore it is not feasible. To rebuild a modem socialist enterprise system with Chinese characteristics, we should change the capital-oriented modem enterprise system into the labor-oriented one, assimilate the sharing reform experience of both China and the West.
